How To Promote Products On Youtube – 5 Tips On How To Market On Youtube
Youtube is a powerful product promoter via videos, you can easily upload a video then describe it in the description box and leave your link to the product in the description box for people to click on when they view the video and it will continue to advertise on youtube. I have been using this method for quite a while and have been very happy with the results so I will pass them on to you.
Video marketing is a very simple way to promote yourself or products, you could make a commercial for your product, upload it, give it a description and some quick keywords and then save it and its live! But you may not want to go through it that quick, because after all being able to market on youtube or anywhere else for that matter is about optimization.
You will need to start out with a great video that really captures what you are going to promote on youtube, you must be very confident in this video whether your making videos to try and market on youtube or you have a funny video to upload or maybe just a video about you to get your name out there. You need a video that just plain works for you!
Next you are going to want to add a title and description, this is where dreaded keywords come in. Keywords are the words that people type in on search bars that will lead to your video, so you need great ones. You can use tools such as Google’s Keyword tool to find the best ones. Good keywords will consist of words that are repeated often in your video title and description and relate to your video, so it is often better to find keywords before you make a description and title then base your title and description around those keywords.
The title should be medium length, not too short, not too long. This allows you to fit in enough keywords but not be too long. Capitalize the first letter of every word in your title (it makes it look more professional) and if appropriate put a ™, ®, or © sign in the title (such as if you were promoting a product, you would add one of those after the product name) because it also makes it look more professional and legit.
The description is where most matters. If you have a video that is promoting a product you want to add in all the information the user needs to read in the description but always start the description with one of the links to the website or your affiliate link, that way if viewers already have an idea of what the product is and don’t need to read the description they will just be able to click there right away and be taken to the site. Always keep your descriptions informative and fill them with useful information, but avoid making them too long, 200 words is a lot of words in a little description box.
Also you will want to keep adding in those keywords you chose at the beginning into the description in order to make it “Keyword Rich”.
If you follow those simple guide rules and tips, you should be able to create professional videos that reach into the millions of views! Hope this helped you, leave a comment of what you think below!

Confidence – be yourself, stay away from the word “I”, speak with authority.
Keywords – use the targeted keywords as the first words in the video description and in the video title.
Quality – use a good quality camera – one that films at least 640X480 and 30 frames a second. When encoding the video, save it as the highest possible bitrate as possible. If possible get a camera that films in high definition or wide screen format.
